Legend of the Guardians – The Owls of Ga Hoole

This movie tells the story of a young Owl called Soren, who is fascinated by the stories his father told him about a mythic group of Owl warriors known as the Guardians of Ga’Hoole who are well known for their great sacrifices and courage in their great battle against the evil Pure Ones to save all of owl kind.

The young Owl started dreaming of joining the group of the great warriors. Out of jealousy Soren’s older brother Kludd started to have the same dream of being part of the Guardians of Ga’Hoole, and that jealousy got both brothers into trouble after they fell from their treetop home and right into the talons of the Pure Ones which left them with one choice, to go all the way across the sea in a mission to find the Great Tree, home of the legendary Guardians of Ga’Hoole to seek their help in their battle to defeat the Pure Ones and save the owl kingdoms once again.

Spider-Man 3D

If you are a Spiderman fan, then you must have been wondering like the rest of us on who’s going to wear the suit in the next Spiderman movie!! We’re all used to Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker now, and it’s hard for us to accept a new actor playing the role of Spider-man especially after we watched Tobey doing a wonderful job for three movies, well the third one isn’t my favorite, but it was good. And now, there’s a new guy, who reports say got paid around $500,000 to play the role of Peter Parker in the new Spider-Man movie, which will be in theaters in 2012, and it’s going to be released in 3D, let’s hope they’ll change their minds about that, because I’m sick of those 3D glasses.

The new actor is called Andrew Garfield, and most of you don’t know who that is, but according to director Mark Webb, everybody is going to love Andrew as Peter Parker..

Director Mark Webb said in a statement:

“Though his name may be new to many, those who know this young actor’s work understand his extraordinary talents,”

Webb added “He has a rare combination of intelligence, wit, and humanity. Mark my words, you will love Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker.”

So what do you think?? will Andrew be able to replace Tobey Maguire? Will Spider-Man fans accept Andrew as Peter Parker?? who knows… We have 2 more years to know what’s going to happen..

That’s exactly what happened with Charlie, a young man who loves his mother Claire and his brother Sam more than anything in the world, a young man who had a dream of getting a college scholarship that will open the doors for a bright future, for him and his family as well, until one day, all that was taken away from him in a car accident that killed his little brother. Charlie tries to keep a promise he gave his brother four years ago, and also trying to move on with the help of his high-school classmate Tess who returns home unexpectedly. Will he be able to keep his promise to his brother?? will that promise affect his future?? will he be able to let go of the past???

In the island of Berk, a place where fighting dragons is part of the Vikings everyday life lived a teenager called Hickup. This boy  tries so hard  to prove that he has what it takes to become a fighter, but the first time he encounters the enemy, he finds himself unable to put an end to it’s life. Not knowing what will happen, Hickup becomes a friend of the creature, and actually teaches it a few tricks. Instead of becoming a fighter of Dragons, he became a friend and that itself became an opportunity to set a new course for the future of the entire tribe.

He’s been transformed into a tooth fairy and was given the job of a tooth fairy for a while to pay for what he did. The Twilight Saga: New Moon

Are you a Twilighter?? this movie actually created it’s own army of fans, and i didn’t understand why until i watched it, OK I’m going to be honest here, Vampires and romance doesn’t really work out for me, i like vampires who burn under sunlight, i don’t like them to glitter, and i like them to be vicious creatures not romantic weak shadow of a vampire. But the actors, director, writer of the movie changed all that, they actually transformed the story of the movie into something that no one could ever refuse to watch, of course if you’re like me you have to be dragged to watch it, but once you do, you’ll know that it’s a wonderful movie. About the second part of the movie New Moon, because i’m not a big fan of books, i didn’t read the story, i just waited for the movie to be released, and it was more than i expected. Edward Cullen leaving Bella was something i really didn’t see coming, he left her in so much pain that she had to go to extremes just to see his shadow talking to her, then of course, there’s always the guy or the wolf that comes to the rescue, hoping that he can win the heart of his dream girl, Jacob Black, not knowing that he’s a wolf, came closer to Bella, filling up the gap that Edward left in her chest, Jacob gave her everything she wanted, but she couldn’t forget her true love Edward. Jacob promised her that he will never do what Edward did, but sometimes you can’t give promises that you can’t keep, after his transformation completed he had to let Bella go as well, trying to protect her from himself. The movie is about the ultimate sacrifice that anyone is ready to give for the person he loves, and that sacrifice can reach to death.  If you didn’t watch the movie yet, i really think you should. Enjoy the trailer that was ranked the number one most viewed trailer in 2009..
