Spider-Man 3D

If you are a Spiderman fan, then you must have been wondering like the rest of us on who’s going to wear the suit in the next Spiderman movie!! We’re all used to Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker now, and it’s hard for us to accept a new actor playing the role of Spider-man especially after we watched Tobey doing a wonderful job for three movies, well the third one isn’t my favorite, but it was good. And now, there’s a new guy, who reports say got paid around $500,000 to play the role of Peter Parker in the new Spider-Man movie, which will be in theaters in 2012, and it’s going to be released in 3D, let’s hope they’ll change their minds about that, because I’m sick of those 3D glasses.

The new actor is called Andrew Garfield, and most of you don’t know who that is, but according to director Mark Webb, everybody is going to love Andrew as Peter Parker..

Director Mark Webb said in a statement:

“Though his name may be new to many, those who know this young actor’s work understand his extraordinary talents,”

Webb added “He has a rare combination of intelligence, wit, and humanity. Mark my words, you will love Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker.”

So what do you think?? will Andrew be able to replace Tobey Maguire? Will Spider-Man fans accept Andrew as Peter Parker?? who knows… We have 2 more years to know what’s going to happen..

The first trailer for the movie The Green Hornet is out, and i really needed to share it with you guys.. If you don’t know the story of the movie, it tells the story of a rich guy called Britt Reid, who lost his father who is LA’s most prominent and respected media magnate, leaving him his media empire. Reid discovers that his father’s employee Kato has a collection of some of the greatest inventions you’ll ever see. Realizing that he never did anything good or useful his whole life he decides to leave his partying days behind and he teams up with Kato in a great adventure fighting crime using everything they have from skills and equipments.. You really don’t wanna miss that movie when it comes out, it’s really funny, and filled with action.

The Green Hornet starring Seth Rogen, Jay Chou, Cameron Diaz, Christoph Waltz, Edward James Olmos, David Harbour, and Tom Wilkinson.

The Karate Kid

The concept of the old Karate Kid is here, but it’s a whole new story. This movie talks about a 12 year old Dre Parker (Jaden Smith) who was one of the popular kids in Detroit, when his whole life changed when his mother (Taraji P. Henson) gets a new job opportunity that takes her and her kid all the way to China.

A new country, new people and a new love for the kid. Dre falls for his classmate Mei Ying, not knowing that things in China are a little bit different than what they are back in the states, not only he gets himself into an impossible situation with the girl because of cultural differences, the 12 year old kid gets in trouble with the class bully, Cheng.

What can Dre do now?? he’s not in his country, he doesn’t have any friends, and in the land of Kung Fu he only knows a little Karate. After feeling desperate, asking his mother to get back home, only one man took this kid under his wings and taught him how to survive what he’s going through, a maintenance man called Mr. Han (Jackie Chan) who is secretly a master of kung fu teaches Dre everything he knows…. Will it help?? make sure to watch The Karate Kid which will be in theaters: June 11th, 2010.
