Last Call

13th Street, a company that developed a new idea for Horror movies, that i really don’t know what to think of… Here’s the idea, when you go into the movie theater to watch “Last Call”, people that work there will take your cell phone number, you sit down to watch the movie, suddenly you’ll hear your phone ring, and it’s not your friend, or anyone you know, it’s the character in the movie calling you for help, and while watching the movie you give the character instructions on what to do to save her/him, it all happens through a voice recognition software that takes what you’re saying and converts it into commands, and the events of the movie goes according to these commands. I dunno if it’s a good idea or a bad idea, to be honest with you i got some how excited, but will it look realistic.. From the trailer below they explain to you that the viewer who receives that call will feel everything, the viewer will feel the panic, breathing, and fear in the callers voice, and the viewer can actually hear the voices from the movie through the cell phone. Creepy huh?? The First Interactive Horror movie ever.. Let’s hope that it will become international, because the one that actually coming to theaters is in German.. So we’ll have to wait and see if the idea will be successful or not!!!
